Standard Terms & Conditions

YOUR COMMITMENT TO US

When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between The Enchanted Group and yourself. No contract exists between you and The Enchanted Group for the sale of any tickets until we have received and accepted your order and received payment in full. Once cleared funds are received, there is a binding contract between us.

PRICES

The description and price of tickets you order will be shown on The Enchanted Group website at the time you place your order. Prices are in UK Sterling and inclusive of any applicable taxes with there are no surcharges whatsoever. If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect regardless of the below reasons, we have the right to cancel that ticket or the order for that ticket and refund You the amount that You paid. This rule applies whether the incorrect ticket price is due to human error or a transactional malfunction.

1.     A price error posted on the site or otherwise communicated to You

2.     You are able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale or pre-sale date

3.     You are able to order a ticket that was not supposed to have been released for sale

Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice. We accept most major credit and debit cards in partnership with our payment gateway.

TICKETS

All tickets are sold subject to availability and to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions should be read carefully and any queries raised prior to purchase. Purchase of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. A valid ticket must be produced to gain entry. It is your responsibility to check your tickets, as if a mistake has been made it cannot always be rectified after purchase and time slots are non-refundable. Please ensure you arrive on time for your allocated booking. Once you have purchased a ticket a refund cannot be given unless booking protections has been purchased - the terms of which are outlined at the time of booking. Tickets must be bought or obtained directly from The Enchanted Group website or at the venue location itself. Under no circumstance can tickets be resold to third parties. If a third party tries to gain entry with a resold ticket, this will result in the full charge being levied against them. The Enchanted Group is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged tickets. Payment is taken via a secure payment gateway.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

It is your responsibility to outline your specific dietary requirements upon booking your tickets and prior to purchasing them. The Enchanted Group will accept no responsibility for any distress or disappointment caused by menu items not adhering to dietary requirements, if they have not been specified prior to booking. No refunds will be issued in the event that are unable to eat due to incorrectly/not listing your specific dietary requirements.

CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION

The management reserves the right to refuse the ticket holder’s admission into the experience in reasonable circumstances including for health and safety, licensing reasons or where a ticket is void. No refunds will be given to ticket holders who are refused entry or asked to leave due to, but not limited to, the examples above. For the purposes of The Enchanted Group and these terms and conditions, a “child” is someone aged over 12 months and is still of the age where they believe in Christmas and wish to partake in the event.  Children who no longer believe and do not wish to partake in activities are able to purchase an adult ticket for the event. Children must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian whilst visiting our venue. Children without a parent or guardian will not be admitted. There will be professional photography available to purchase, parents and guardians are welcome to take pictures of their own children. We reserve the right to change the advertised dates, opening hours and schedule without notice or liability, where it is necessary to do so for reasons beyond our reasonable control. We may close or remove parts of the experience if deemed faulty or unsafe. We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that your visit to The Enchanted Group is a happy and memorable one for you for all the right reasons, however we cannot be liable for the distress caused beyond our control nor for any emotional distress or disappointment caused by the role-playing of characters.

GIFTS

At Christmas gifts cannot be exchanged during or after visiting the Grotto. The Enchanted Group accepts no fault or injury caused by a Grotto gift and gifts should be used under adult supervision. Gifts are only available to children with a valid ticket.

ONLINE SECURITY

To ensure that your online shopping experience is secure, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted on a secure server to minimize the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the Internet.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Enchanted Group’s total liability for in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the goods.

The limitation on any exclusion from liability contained in these conditions shall be subject to the provisions of second 2(1) of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977. The Enchanted Group will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet and Communication outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.

SEVERANCE

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

The Enchanted Group will not issue any refunds under the following circumstances (Unless booking protection has been purchased and we're notified within the stated terms when booking.)

- You are unable to reach us due to adverse weather conditions.

- You are unable to attend due to self-isolation or illness (including but not limited to COVID-19).

- You are in a lockdown tier that prevents travel outside of it. 

- You are in an area that is forced to lockdown.

- We are in a lockdown tier situation that allows us to open as normal but prevents you from travelling to us.

The only circumstance in which refunds will be issued, is if The Enchanted Group cancels the event.

ONLINE BOOKING

Once purchased online tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold.  We reserve the right to refuse entry to late arrivals. Any discounts or offers on-line are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person. Please bring along your booking reference number and/or email.
